Whimsy Cottage is a quilt shop in SLC, specializing in true-color, fresh fabrics for quilting, crafting, or just plain sewing.  I owned a similar shop in Heber City, UT, for five years, and was in the 2002 Quilt Sampler magazine by Better Homes and Gardens. I reopened in October, 2005 in my current location. 

Whimsy's owner is me, Nancy Raymond.  I've had several stores over the years;  I consider myself a retail junky.  I truly dislike salesmen, so I've never figured out why selling is my job.  My goal when you visit the store is that nobody bothers you or pushes you to buy, but is available, competent and happy to help if you need it.  I hope anyone who stops by is entertained, has a good time and receives great service.
